This spacious 10-bedroom, 12-bathroom Caribbean Jewel we call Caribbean Breeze is located in the serene coastal town of Southern Shores. It offers comfortable accommodations for large groups and families, making it an ideal choice for your next Outer Banks getaway
Caribbean Breeze is within walking distance of shops, stores, and restaurants - including Southern Shores pizza, Steamers restaurant and Tropical Smoothie. You can ride your bike on the path and grab a Starbucks coffee or shop at the new Marshals! Your two-minute walk to the beautiful Kitty Hawk beach by the Pier is made easy with a wooden walkway located on the lower exterior level of the home! If you'd rather spend time at the pool, enjoy the privacy of a hot tub and heated swimming pool while barbecuing on the gas grill! There are also plenty of spots on the decks to enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book or just hang out with your friends and family.
The location is also great in that it is a quick drive north to the Town of Duck as well as a trip south to visit Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head. Caribbean Breeze is also in a prime location for a quick trip to the Wright Brothers National Monument or even taking the kids out for some miniature golf and go-karts.
On the first level, you will find a recreation room with a pool table, kitchenette and television. Travel down a few steps and you will come to a poker table and the theatre room. Enjoy a movie together or spend your evening playing cards. There is a half bath in this area for convenience.
Sleep sound in one of the eight En Suites this home offers. On the first level, along with the recreation room, you will find two King En Suites, one with deck access, as well as two Queen En Suites with access to a deck. Find a comfortable room on the second level in one of the two King En Suites or enjoy a cozy night in the Queen bedroom. You will also find a full bathroom and room with a Double bed and a Twin-size bed.
The third level is perfect for a dinner gathering with the entire family. The chef of your group will delight in this open concept, spacious, and well-equipped kitchen. The large dining room table is perfect for everyone to sit together. Enjoy easy access to the upper deck. The "late nighters" of the group can stay in either the King or Queen En Suite that are also on this level.

**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.'
Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.*
