3 Bedroom House in Seabreeze, Dewey Beach
Spacious 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath townhouse. IMPORTANT INFO FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN: Both full bathrooms have walk-in showers. Neither bathroom has a bath tub. The outdoor shower is great for rinsing sand off before using the indoor showers.
Located 2.5 blocks from the ocean, a block from the bay and walking distance to everything in Dewey (and a short bike ride or Jolley Trolley ride to Rehoboth), 237 Swedes Street is a great place to enjoy the beach. Well stocked home with everything you need. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, 2 large flat screen TVs, full size washer/dryer, a large two-level back deck with high-end Crate and Barrel dining table, chairs, and 6 foot retractable umbrella, and a large custom walk-in outdoor shower with a corner seat for kids and hooks to hang towels. Gas grill and an additional outdoor dining table in the back yard.
Parking for two cars and plenty of street parking available. Includes 2 beach cruiser bikes, 8 beach chairs, 3 coolers, 2 umbrellas and a beach cart.
Cleaning supplies, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels provided.
Bed linens, bath and beach towels not included. If you don’t want to bring your own, please let me know and I can connect you with a few local services that rent them. Some even deliver.
Mattress covers, pillow covers, bedspreads, and blankets provided.
