Positive: I liked the area. I like the concept

Negative: Toilet in bathroom kept running, had to shut off water to toilet when not in use. Bathtub had leak in faucet so it sprayed out water. Also jacuzzi tub did not hold water. Be prepared to bring everything, coffee. Sugar, etc

Summary: Nice place just expected more for the cost
