The 2nd floor overlooks the Great Room and to the water (and sunrises) with 2 more bedrooms and a large bath. The Walk out lower level exits level to the water and features an additional bedroom (exposed windows) full Bath and Rec Room (set up with 3 twin beds, love seat, TV.). The 1 acre of lawn is well manicured, resulting in few pesty insects. The home is well appointed with all the conveniences and high quality you expect in your own home. (I believe vacationing should be easy -always pack light- only need your food, clothing and preferred toiletries). NOW PROVIDING CANOE, floats, paddle boards and kayak! Local rental of pontoon boats available-now 2 choices (Summer 2024 6 groups rented pontoons).
