Positive: The property and staff were fine. The outdoor gas fire pits were a plus. The location was good.

Negative: Beyond the stated cost for a stay, ARRIVE nickels and dimes you on everything once you're there. Absolutely everything. Also, we felt that ARRIVE advertising "private parking" was misleading. They should've stated "valet parking", which cost $30 per day. When we arrived, we found valet parking was really our only option. This was just one of a number of examples of being nickled and dimed. We didn't appreciate that aspect of our stay at all.
