Our home was built in the 1890s and is situated minutes by car to Downtown Nashville and walkable to the Vanderbilt campus & stadium, numerous coffee shops and a wide variety of restaurants. A true Victorian, it is appointed with luxury and designed with intention. Here are some highlights of our home:

Built in the 1890s by a Vanderbilt surgeon, our home is situated just minutes to Downtown Nashville in the exclusive, premier West End neighborhood. Though the home maintains many of its original features, it has been updated with modern conveniences you have come to expect. This includes a newly updated kitchen, bathrooms, A/C & Heating and plumbing. It has been appointed with luxury in mind and designed with intention to welcome you and your family and/ or friends to Nashville. Here is a bit more detail about the home...

• Fully stocked kitchen with Jenn-Air stainless steel appliances, flex coffee maker, tea kettle and enough settings for the entire group.
• Restoration Hardware, 6ft round dining table with seating for 12 (plus high chair) around the magnificent Dolly Parton portrait. As newlyweds, we wanted to incorporate the same size round table we had at our wedding because loved the way it brought together our friends and family. We hope this grand dining table will offer the same for you and yours.

• 2 downstairs master bedrooms each with a King Size Bed
• Flexible sleeping options with 8 beds all within 4 bedrooms to provide each guest with an actual bed/ mattress- no air mattresses or sleeper sofas needed here! There are 3 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Full Beds (bunk bed setup) and 2 Twin Beds (day beds)
• A variety of mattress firmnesses throughout accommodate any sleeping preferences, ranging from plush soft to memory foam. There are also a variety of pillows ranging from soft to firm.
• Frette fine Italian bed linens adorn each bed.
• Smart TVs with cable and Netflix, Hulu, Amazon access are mounted in each bedroom

Important Considerations Before Booking Our Home:
• Only accessible via small flights of stairs (both front & back entrances).
• We are unable to accommodate early check-ins/ late check-outs. We suggest booking the night before or after your stay to ensure this, if available. Otherwise, we are happy to provide you contact information of a local luggage storage company.
• The home is located in a city environment on a bustling street with through traffic (we have our its popularity to thank for that) and near hospitals. For this reason, you will likely hear street noise and occasional ambulances passing by.
• To ensure an early check-in/late check-out, we suggest booking the night prior to/ after your stay (if available). To be considerate of other guests who are departing/ arriving we are unable to accommodate early checkin/ late checkout requests. However, we are happy to refer you to a local luggage storage company.
• We follow all local regulations which includes having a permit (pic in photos), following Nashville quiet hours and occupancy restrictions. Permit Issued 2017_followed by_004138.
• Our standard min stay duration is 2 nights however this does vary during certain seasons and events. Our maximum stay is 14-days however if you have a unique situation you would like to discuss, please message us.
• Guests under the age of 25+ are more than welcome however we do ask that they are accompanied by parents or guardians at all times for their own safety. If you plan to bring guests under the age of 25 and/ or if you plan to use our family- friendly amenities, please let us know their ages so we can setup our home to be age- appropriate (ie high chair, pack n play, toys, etc) for your stay.
• Pets: We love pets however due to the age of the home, we do not allow pets, birds, reptiles or anything else non- human in the home. :)
• Parking: Please use designated parking spaces and only use overflow street parking if necessary. Due to the size of our parking spaces and Nashville laws, we are unable to accommodate trailers, RVs, boats or anything that is not a standard vehicle (car, truck, SUV, motorcycle) in our driveway or on the street around our home. If you are traveling with anything other than a vehicle that you need parking for, feel free to check with us and we'll work with you to see if we can find alternate arrangements for parking it.
• Exterior Nest Cameras are in use at all times to ensure house rules. There are NO interior cameras or any cameras facing to the interior of the home. Please do not tamper with or unplug the cameras.
• Age of the home: We love our home because of its 1890s charm, however that does come with some limitations. We ask that you exercise caution on the flooring, plumbing, windows and faux finish walls.
• We do not allow parties or events at the home, however we welcome guests visiting for special occasions. Unfortunately, however we do not host bachelor parties.
