The neighborhood provides access to launch kayaks and SUPs. The home is very well laid out over three levels so no one feels like they're on top of one another. Five bedrooms and 3 full baths plus an outdoor shower. Enjoy the private pool or relax in the hot tub. Bring your bikes and enjoy an easy bike ride to the shops, restaurants, and the Duck boardwalk.
