Your family will love splashing around in the 16'x16' square concrete pool or taking a dip in the hot tub that is contained in a huge fenced-in yard area. Inside, a huge recreation room features a pool-table and small kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator. A Queen Master Suite w/ Full Bathroom offers views of the pool and back yard. Completing the level is a full-size hall bathroom and a sitting room with has a sofa bed.
