Summary: I'd like to start this by stating the only reason for the 4 star reviews on the accuracy is due to the pictures making it seems smaller than it is. It's not large, but the pictures give the impression you might be cramped with small rooms. Good size in most all the important areas of the house, being the bed rooms and living room. Everything was very clean, and looked/felt very fresh, but there was a small lingering smoke smell. If you are gone for the day and come back with not a lot of air circulating, you get greeted by the smell when you open the door. The stuff inside the home did not smell of smoke, just a lingering smell in the home. Maybe even from a neighbor? Obviously I'm giving the place a good review, so it wasn't anything I/we couldn't tolerate. The location of this property was almost perfect for what we were doing. We visited SDC, Branson Landing and the main strip. There was minimal noise heard even with being so close to the main strip. Traveling with a 4 year old and a 6 month old when we stayed here. Everything was safe, and there was enough room for goofing around and such. One thing we noticed that I think is worth noting is the property only had a broom to clean up any messes. I think there needs to be some type of spray or disinfecting wipes to clean up messes that can't be cleaned with a broom or water and a paper towel. Typically after we get done cooking or eating, it would be nice to be able to disinfect where you were after you're done. The towels were limited. Think we had 4 towels for 4 people staying. No rug or anything outside of the shower, and no towel you can throw down as no extras were given, so you exit the shower on to the wood or laminate. There is a list of things to do at the home prior to checking out, but the list is VERY minimal. We left the property at 10:05 AM, check out being at 10:00. There was a car outside at 9:58 that sure made things feel uncomfortable. Seems like if they were the cleaning people or the property owner, this arrival time for them could be after the guest is gone, say 10:10. All in all, stay here if you want easy and awesome access to the main Branson strip. Do understand that there are some kinks that will need to be worked out, which I feel will come with time of using this place as a rental property. We had an absolutely great trip, and feel very fortunate to have found this place to stay! I hope I have given a review good enough to explain how this place is.
